No Credit Card - No Problem.

This website was created for the purpose of hiring eTicketAttorney through it, but if you don't have a credit card available you can still hire eTicketAttorney.  It will require more effort on your part, but it can still be done.  Here's how:

1. You will need 2 Money Orders.  They MUST be United States Postal Money Orders or they will be returned.  One for eTicketAttorney’s fee, made payable to “David J. Casey”, and one for the fine amount made payable to the Clerk of Court (the fine amount will be sent to you in a letter or you can go online at the Court's website or you can call the Court at 770/528-2660 and get the amount).


2. Go to the "Forms" page and click on "Plea in Absentia", print this out.  You will need to sign at the "X" on page 2, you MUST have your signature notarized.


3. While on the Forms page, click on the "Mail In Information Sheet", print this out.  Fill out this form. PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY, eTicketAttorney is relying on this information, if we cannot read it, it may cause you extra costs and possible license suspension.


4. Mail all the above to eTicketAttorney.  Once your case is resolved, we will mail you the results.
